Voiceover Studio Basics

Listen2It helps you create lifelike AI voices for your voiceover projects. We have more than 900 voices with rich customization features like pitch, speed, emphasis, volume, and pauses.


Voiceover studio Explained

1. The top Menu

The top menu of the studio consists of Voice, pause, style, pitch, volume, speed, and pronunciation library. In the top bar, you can also give a title to your audio and choose to convert the title to audio as well.



Voice:

By clicking on the Voice option, the list of voices will appear. You can choose the voice of your choice. You also have an option to change the language and try more voices in different languages. You can also filter the voices by Gender.


**Pause: **

One of the best features of the voiceover studio is adding a pause to a sentence. It makes the voice more realistic and helps people connect with it. You can pick any available pause options or create a custom pause.



Style:

You can adjust the style of the audio by choosing from the given options. Audio can sound like news or conversational


Pitch:

You can also adjust the pitch of the audio.


Volume:

Adjust the volume of the editor.


Speed:

Faster your voice or make it slow. You can always adjust the speed of your voice to make your words sound more clearer.


**Pronunciation Library **

If you want the word to be pronounced in any specific way, you can edit the pronunciation of any word. Also, you can save it to the pronunciation library for future reference.


2. Block

Things to learn about a block:


  • A block is a paragraph
  • You can create as many blocks as you want.
  • Every block created will also show in the bottom timeline as a voice block
  • Each Block can have a different voice.



3. Working with a block

In every block, you can make changes to each and every word.



  • **Listen: **By clicking on Listen, you can listen to the pronunciation of every word.


  • **Emphasis: **To strengthen your audio, you can add emphasis to words. It makes your audio more impactful. Just highlight the word, click on emphasis, and choose the strength to add emphasis. Now click on save.



*** Pronunciation: **If you want the word to be pronounced in any specific way, you can edit the pronunciation of any word. Also, you can save it to the pronunciation library for future reference.



  • Say as: You can highlight a word and choose how to say the word. E.g., a word can be spelled out, said as a date, said as a name, and so on.



4. The Bottom Timeline



You can do the following with the bottom timeline:

  • **Voices: **Every voice block you create can be found in the timeline separately next to one another.
  • **Music: **You can add background music to your audio by uploading an audio file.
  • **Zoom in/out Audio: **Using the extreme right scroller you can zoom in and zoom out the audio files and make changes.
